Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Analyst II to join our team at Prism Maritime, LLC. As a key member of our Quality Control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality and procedural compliance of our maritime installation and modernization projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, coordinate with project teams, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality elements, direct corrective actions, and verify completion of quality-related tasks.
  • Technical Quality Assurance: Provide instruction to installation leads on compliant QAWB management, coordinate and manage installation project test plans, and support project teams with subcontractor oversight.
  • Quality Management: Participate in QMS activities, respond to CARs, and develop process improvements to enhance deliverable quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Seven years' experience in maritime installation/modernization industry.
  • Skills: Conclusive ability to interpret NAVSEA drawings and technical work-scope, expertise with industry-related technical guidance references, and experience with ISO model Quality Management System.
Security Clearance

Clearance up to Secret may be required.

Physical/Environmental Job Requirements
  • Ability to visit any shipboard location where Prism work-scope is performed.
  • Travel is required.
