Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:
As a Medical Laboratory Technician at Lawrence General Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results. Your responsibilities will include performing manual and automated testing, special procedures, and interpreting Quality Control studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing and special procedures as required.
- Interpret Quality Control studies to ensure reliable test result reporting.
- Process clinical samples and perform phlebotomy duties as needed.
- Promote a positive and friendly image to patients, visitors, and hospital personnel.
Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of the Medical Laboratory Technician program at an approved college or university.
- Completion of a clinical rotation with an accredited laboratory.
