  • Customer:
    • Guest Service & Atmosphere: Ensure that the restaurant provides an exceptional guest experience, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

    • Food Safety/Sanitation: Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the restaurant.
    • Hooters Girl Image: Ensure that the Hooters Girl image is maintained and promoted in the restaurant.
    • Facility Maintenance & Cleanliness: Ensure that the restaurant is maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.
    • Safety & Security: Ensure that the restaurant is a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling & Staffing: Manage the scheduling and staffing of the restaurant to ensure adequate coverage.
    • Proper Cash Handling: Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and that all cash is accurately accounted for.
    • Team Building: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
    • Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
    • To Go Service & Catering: Manage the to-go service and catering operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Local Store/Grassroots Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of local store and grassroots marketing initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in full service restaurant management is required.
    • Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training: Completion of food safety and sanitation training is required.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older: Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
    • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
    • General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry: General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and the hospitality industry is required.
    • Strong organization and planning skills: Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
