- Safety & Security: Ensure that the restaurant is a safe and secure environment for employees and guests.
- Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Staffing: Manage the scheduling and staffing of the restaurant to ensure adequate coverage.
- Proper Cash Handling: Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and that all cash is accurately accounted for.
- Team Building: Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- To Go Service & Catering: Manage the to-go service and catering operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Local Store/Grassroots Marketing: Assist in the development and implementation of local store and grassroots marketing initiatives.
- High School Diploma/GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in full service restaurant management is required.
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training: Completion of food safety and sanitation training is required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older: Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry: General knowledge of full service restaurant operations and the hospitality industry is required.
