Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based evaluation process to inform clients about their insurance choices.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
  • Interest in marketing tailored products and services
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Skilled in assessing customer needs and conducting effective interviews
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
  • Commitment to staying updated on product changes, licensing, and ongoing education
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
