Primary Responsibilities:
Manufacturing and Development of Products:
Accountable for the batch production of intermediate and final ligands, chromatographic resins, and other required products.
Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production methodologies.
Maintenance of precise production documentation and laboratory notebooks.
Execution of specific on-line quality control assessments.
Evaluation of manufacturing data for early detection of discrepancies and issues.
Ensuring manufacturing equipment and workspaces are kept in a clean and operational condition.
Performing additional tasks as directed by the Production Manager.
Tasked with conducting process optimization studies on both new and existing processes (covering intermediates and final products) to guarantee optimal resource utilization and yield maximization.
Engagement in decision-making processes related to process development and control.Additional Responsibilities:
Creation and revision of SOPs and production methodologies.
Sharing expertise and training colleagues as necessary.
Effective time management and planning to ensure the best use of all resources.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and/or Life Sciences.
Experience in an industrial chemistry setting.
Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, such as pharmaceuticals, is highly advantageous.
Experience in process development chemistry.
Proficient in computer usage.
Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, covering both day and night schedules.
