Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work areas to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and apply sanitation chemicals and solutions as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any sanitation or cleaning issues.
  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure seamless operations and maintain high-quality products.
  • Train new team members on sanitation procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure open communication and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 0-3 years of general work experience required; experience in food production or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to operate various equipment and read Material Safety Data Sheets.
  • Forklift certification a plus.
