About the Role

Frazer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate material receipts, product shipments, and material deliveries to our service department and production line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of distribution employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Implement and enforce processes to maintain inventory accuracy, including rigorous inventory control processes and regular cycle counts.
  • Actively work to improve inventory accuracy and reduce errors, ensuring that all inventory transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity, and to reduce costs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate improvements and to monitor the performance of each team member.
  • Ensure that all distribution employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production, service, and purchasing, to ensure that all material needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all material needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role leading teams of 5 or more.
  • High School Education Diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Past certifications and experience with forklift trucks and stock pickers.
  • Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some university studies preferred.
  • APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, or similar certification preferred.
  • Completion of Safety Classes (OSHA 10 or OSHA 40 class or equivalent).
  • Lean Six Sigma / Manufacturing training.
  • Syteline experience is a plus.
