Charter College, a leading institution in healthcare education, is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to join our team. As a Nursing Instructor at Charter College, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals. You will be responsible for teaching nursing students in a variety of settings, including classroom, laboratory, and clinical environments. Your expertise and passion for nursing will be essential in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

This part-time position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. Our instructors are valued members of our team, and we offer a competitive compensation package that includes $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse. AAS in Nursing is required, and experience in teaching nursing is preferred. If not certified as a nursing educator, pursuing certification with ANCC within three years is expected. Interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
