About the Role:
We are in search of a results-oriented Territory Manager to join our dynamic team in the building and construction materials industry.
This role is pivotal in driving sales expansion and achieving our sales targets. The ideal candidate will manage a designated territory, forge new business relationships, and maintain existing client connections.This position is perfectly suited for an experienced sales professional with a robust background in the manufacturing sector, particularly in RMX concrete, concrete & aggregates, paving, and civil contracting.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee the assigned territory to enhance sales and profitability.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into successful sales through strategic methods.
- Engage in outreach initiatives and prospecting to expand the customer base.
- Develop lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs to offer suitable products or services.
- Formulate account management strategies to boost customer satisfaction.
- Regularly provide sales forecasts and updates to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements for optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in territorial sales within the construction sector.
- Proven success in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
- Skilled in cold calling, prospecting, and field sales.
- In-depth knowledge of RMX concrete, concrete & aggregates, paving, and civil contracting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.
- Effective organizational and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
