  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in a related field, such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP).
  • Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to various facilities and locations. The position will also require occasional work in confined spaces, exposure to hazardous materials, and lifting of heavy equipment.
