Heavy Equipment Administrative Assistant

In this critical position, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our parts department at Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental, Inc.
As a Parts Administrator, you will have the opportunity to develop your organizational and communication skills while working closely with our team.
Responsibilities- Main Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining Stock Levels – Ensure accurate records of inventories, price lists, and goods used or issued.
- Placing Orders – Efficiently order materials, parts, and supplies from multiple vendors.
- Managing Inventory – Count and record stock items manually or using a computer and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinating Supplies – Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers based on work orders, purchase orders, or requisitions.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and preferably NexGen maintenance software.
- Able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed.
- Competitive wages ranging from $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
