Position Overview:
Spot Coolers, a subsidiary of Carrier, specializes in renting and selling commercial portable air-conditioning and heating solutions across the nation, ensuring our clients remain operational.
We are currently seeking a Branch Rentals Specialist for our New Orleans location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate under moderate supervision to deliver product and technical assistance.
- Address moderately complex customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to installation, modification, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs of our products.
- Conduct technical training sessions and product briefings for customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, identify solutions based on product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to customers and team members for coordinated solutions.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including order write-ups and customer setups, in accordance with company policy.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including potential overtime during evenings and weekends.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
