Transdev Bus Operators deliver transportation services through the Anne Arundel County Department of Transportation. Our operators play a crucial role in connecting individuals to employment, healthcare, education, and recreational activities. As a Bus Operator, you will grant our clients the convenience and reliability of safe transportation. If you enjoy helping others and driving, we invite you to join our team.

Safety is our utmost priority; all operators will receive the necessary protective gear to perform their duties.

Our buses undergo daily disinfection; masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer are provided.

We are pleased to offer the following benefits to our Operators:

  • $19.50 per hour for CDL Class A or B holders with Passenger Endorsement.
  • $17.50 per hour for Non-CDL holders.
  • Full-time positions available.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely transporting passengers in a courteous and dependable manner throughout the designated service area.

  • Have maintained a valid driver's license for a minimum of three years.
