  • Adjust resources effectively to meet customer demands and workload requirements.
  • Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions that enhance store performance.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
  • Reinforce adherence to company policies and safety standards.
  • Fulfill key holder duties, including store opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in supervising teams or associates with a focus on coaching for goal achievement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Two years of experience in retail or a related field.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and lifting.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (at least 8 hours).
  • Ability to visually verify information and inspect merchandise.
  • Compliance with health and safety standards.

Pay Range: $34.50K. Kohl's provides a variety of benefits to associates based on their employment status and hours worked, including work-life balance options, health and wellness programs, savings and retirement benefits, insurance programs, and support for life events.
