Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hunting Specialty Shop Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive team culture
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
