Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic and operational plans to drive successful implementation of the technology Resiliency Program and governance framework.
- Manage the execution of the technology Resiliency Program and governance framework, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Drive results by identifying and assessing risks and exposures across IT, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and communicate changes in policies and best practices within the organization.
- Partner with Information Security to mature the overall BC/DR program as part of the Resiliency and governance framework.
- Identify, communicate, and own metrics to measure overall resiliency maturity.
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in complex IT corporate enterprise environments.
- Experience managing strategic enterprise technology resiliency and/or IT digital transformation program initiatives.
- Hands-on technical expertise in all areas of technology resiliency, including governance, ITIL, continuous availability, BC/DR, and third-party supplier risk.
- 10+ years of experience in a software development environment.
- 5+ years of experience using Agile, SAFe, and Lean practices.
- Program experience with reporting and dashboard creation using PowerBI, SpotFire, or similar.
- Experience with PPM tools such as OnePlan, Jira, or Jira Align.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, vlookups, and pivots.
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Agile Coaching, SAFe certifications.
