Program Manager – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Program Manager to lead our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in providing exceptional services to our clients.

This is a clinic-based position with a set 8am-4pm schedule, offering a low billable hour requirement and the support of an onsite admin team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with clients and a strong commitment to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer assessments, including VB MAPP, Essentials for Living, AFLS, ABLLS, and PDDBI
  • Create and modify individualized treatment plans for each client on caseload
  • Observe client during treatment and compile data on client responses and progress
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses, and create behavior plans as needed
  • Develop and supervise implementation of new programs, and provide feedback and coaching to RBTs
  • Lead caregiver trainings and therapist meetings, and participate in professional development and other meetings as needed

  • Board Certification (BCBA/BCaBA)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for ABA and commitment to delivering high-quality services
