ENSCO is in search of a forward-thinking, inventive, and highly driven professional to contribute to the U.S. Space Force, specifically within the Space Systems Command's MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract.
This role will be situated in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting, focusing on a wide array of strategic MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Program/Project Managers on acquisition strategies, timelines, contracting processes, budgeting, and project execution.
- Develop, draft, customize, and coordinate comprehensive program planning and execution documents in accordance with DoDI / Acquisition Framework, and pertinent DoD Instructions.
- Assist in the formulation of the Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP), Request for Information (RFI)/Market Research, Request for Proposal (RPP), and ensure compliance with Milestone Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
- Lead and synchronize all acquisition efforts in preparation for Planning and Execution events.
- Generate regular status reports, coordinate and conduct periodic staff meetings, technical interchange meetings, and create acquisition plans, timelines, and executive program presentations.
- Provide technical and programmatic evaluations of contractor design, planning, and execution reviews to assess progress, risks, and issues, ensuring mission requirements are met.
- Facilitate program element coordination, staffing, and monitoring; offer guidance and support to government clients regarding funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
