- Prepare all food items according to standardized recipes and daily prep lists.
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
- Maintain accurate food rotation to guarantee freshness and top quality.
- Manage leftover food by covering, labeling, dating, and storing according to Aramark standards.
- Keep refrigerators and work areas clean and organized.
- Ensure all stations are sanitized and orderly at the end of each shift, including cleaning kitchen equipment.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment that complies with all food safety regulations.
- Follow safety policies and procedures for accident reporting.
- Complete all required training sessions.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in food preparation or a related food service role is preferred.

This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
