Position Overview

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support students in a school environment. This role is essential for providing quality speech therapy services to enhance the communication skills of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of speech therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Work with students who have various communication disorders, including those on the autism spectrum.
  • Provide support in both individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Document student progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in speech therapy.
  • Active California SLPA License is required.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals.
