Join Our Team as a School-Based Speech-Language Therapist
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) eager to make a positive impact in the community? Celebrations Speech Group is looking for an in-person, school-based SLP to provide essential therapy services to students. Become part of our enthusiastic and collaborative team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy to elementary and middle school learners. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy for speech and language challenges.
- Administer standardized assessments and identify communication disorders.
- Oversee IEP processes, including participation in and leading meetings.
- Guide Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or SLPAs as necessary.
- Collaborate with special education instructors, specialists, and general education personnel.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation is maintained.
- Required: Valid California SLP License.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFYs are welcome to apply).
- Experience in IEP development and case management.
- Strong understanding of special education compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
- Competitive Salary: $77,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience.
