- Experience: Minimum of two years' population health experience.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Education: Master's degree in public health or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant risk or insurance experience.
- Setting: Experience in an outpatient setting or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
