Clinical Director Women's Health Services Lead

As the Women's Health Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the clinical practice and quality improvement initiatives for our Women's Health services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with Medical Staff Leadership and the Chief Medical Officer to develop and implement clinical practice guidelines and quality improvement initiatives
* Provide administrative leadership and oversight to the Women's Health clinical team
* Ensure adherence to accepted standards of care and patient safety protocols
* Develop and implement business administrative leadership duties to support the provision of effective quality medical service

**Requirements:**

* Active and clear CA Medical License
* 2+ years of clinical work experience
* Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
* Board Certified
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Must meet requirements for hospital privileging, based on number of GYN procedures
