Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed personal sales targets, contributing to driving store results.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and store cleanliness.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
