Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to every person who walks into our store, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Transaction Processing: Complete customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) device.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Assist with stocking shelves and coolers, maintaining a visually appealing store display, and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Store Maintenance: Help keep the store clean and organized, adhering to company standards and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical Demands: Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical tasks as required.
