Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, checks, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fuel console, lottery machine, and other equipment.
  • Perform multi-function duties as needed, including receiving and verifying vendor deliveries, controlling merchandise and cash shortages, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Assist new applicants with the application process and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Working Conditions

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a retail environment with occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures, noise, and physical demands. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
