About Us:
Located in Toms River, NJ, Equiliem specializes in providing top-tier services in Engineering, Surveying, Planning, and Landscape Architecture, along with Capital Reserve Planning and Inspection Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections on pavement and flatwork to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Oversee land development and stormwater management inspections.
- Prepare detailed reports and specifications related to inspection findings.
- Engage in research, due diligence, and application submissions.
- Facilitate communication with project stakeholders, including owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Address field issues and implement changes in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Negotiate and prepare change orders, ensuring appropriate budget revisions.
- Manage project scheduling and assist in project close-outs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work effectively in active construction zones and under varying temperature conditions.
- Proficient in developing innovative and practical solutions based on comprehensive evaluations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
