Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or obstacles.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management, including project status, budget variance, and risk assessments.
