Job Summary

Alexandria Insights is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Analyst to support our customer in Stafford, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct support to Assistant Product Managers – Logistics, Team Leads, Project Officers, Logistics Analysts, and Integrated Product Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning and Execution: Develop and review Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, LORA Reports, IUID Plans, Integrated Logistics Assessment documentation, MPT Analyses and Plans, Training Packages, Fielding Plans, Facilities Impact Reports, DMSMS Plans, and Disposal Plans.
  • Logistics Input and Review: Review and provide logistics input to Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, Systems Engineering Management Plans, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and other required acquisition documentation.
  • Technical Data Analysis: Analyze technical data, usage data, maintenance plans, and enterprise maintenance and readiness reports to identify maintenance/ repair trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Publication Management: Ensure technical publications are technically accurate, and monitor/manage technical publications throughout development, review, signature, and publication.
  • Problem-Solving and Travel: Investigate and recommend solutions for maintenance, supply distribution, and DMSMS issues. Travel and perform other duties as required.
Qualification Factors
    • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience; +4 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
    • DAWIA LCL Foundational Equivalent: Additional DAWIA LCL Credentials preferred.
    • Integrated Product Support Experience: Experience with Integrated Product Support element planning and management, and developing logistics documentation for acquisition milestones, decision, and events.
  • MCSC/PEO Acquisition Experience: Experience with MCSC/PEO acquisition policies and processes and Marine Corps maintenance and supply chain management operations.
  • System Support Experience: Experience supporting Command and Control, Tactical Communications, and Networking systems in various phases of the acquisition cycle preferred.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Marine Corps enterprise logistics applications, MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
  • Clearance and Security: DoD SECRET clearance eligibility is required.

Salary Range: $85-105K
