Job Description

Millan Enterprises, LLC is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to support the daily operations of the accounting department. This role involves working closely with the Accounting Administrators to determine priority tasks and ensure proper procedures are being followed.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Invoicing - Entering invoices, receiving payments, and processing bank deposits, onboarding temp labor staff in Quickbooks.
  • Payroll assistance - Computing hours on timesheets, creating database sheets, and processing payroll.
  • Field inbound communications - Answering phone calls and general email inquiries and routing to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
  • Organizing internal resources - Building out and maintaining processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • General - Other duties as assigned.
