Overview

Brio Benefit Consulting, now part of Alera Group, Inc., is seeking a skilled Retirement Solutions Client Service Associate to join their Employee Benefits Team. This role will be a Hybrid position, with the option to work remotely, and is based out of the New York office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for all retirement plan clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing of their accounts.
  • Interact with clients to address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services.
  • Lead the response to complex client inquiries, non-routine problems, and ensure client satisfaction with providers, third-party administrators, and services.
  • Collaborate with the Retirement Solutions Group team to ensure client needs are met and potential problems are proactively addressed.
  • Keep the team informed of account status and potential client opportunities.
  • Assist with new client installations, scheduling, and facilitating client education meetings and plan transitions as needed.
  • Build and maintain client records in the clients' fiduciary briefcase.
  • Complete and distribute quarterly investment reports to clients.
  • Work with recordkeeping partners to facilitate investment changes.
  • Initiate and fulfill RFPs (Requests for Proposals) as needed.
  • Complete special client-facing projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Securities and/or Insurance Licensing is desirable
