Job Overview

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of exquisite doors and windows crafted from the highest quality materials. Our end-to-end solutions encompass standard and custom products, design consultation, logistics, and installation.

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for helping customers receive the best possible product and service. To be successful, you will bring a consultative selling approach while possessing the ability to create compelling sales presentations, engage decision makers, and effectively negotiate acceptable terms.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling high-end products or services to discerning clientele, as well as a proven history building effective long-term relationships with strategic accounts or customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and present compelling bids that balance consumer value with internal profit goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and luxury builders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture that fosters a healthy, enjoyable, and effective working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience as a sales executive selling high-end, premium products is preferred.
  • Proven history building long-term relationships with customers and/or accounts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and maintain high personal standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative-taker with a proven track record of driving results in a complex environment.
