We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
- Verify patient identification and physician orders, and acquire accurate patient histories.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and provide excellent customer service.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, follow policy for malfunctions or quality control failures, and minimize radiation exposure.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families, and contribute to the effective operations of the department.
- Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
- CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or ARC American Red Cross.
