Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care and achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current Maine RN License
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a critical care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
