Job Title: IT Intern

StageRight/Rogers Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team. As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced IT environment and develop your skills in troubleshooting, project management, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with computer systems and software.
  • Assist in the deployment and maintenance of workstations, including installing software and preparing equipment for secure disposal.
  • Develop and implement project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, or graphic design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and end-users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other marketing software tools.
