We are First Gen Marketing, a dynamic marketing company specializing in outsourced sales and promotional campaigns. Our goal is to deliver impactful promotions that elevate our clients' brands.
We are seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing retail sales, marketing, and customer service experience that improves profitability for our clients and retail partners.
The ideal candidate is a motivated and results-driven individual who can work well in a team, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service. Key Tasks:
- Develop strong relationships with customers in a retail setting

- Provide accurate and knowledgeable information about products
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Generate sales leads through effective communication with customers
Requirements:
- Entry-level position - no experience required
- Sales/customer service/marketing experience is a plus
- Motivated and results-driven individual

Estimated Salary: $90,000 per year, hourly pay + uncapped commission
