Job Title: Customer Advocate

Overview:

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is a leading provider of linen rental and laundry services to the healthcare market. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a focus on infection prevention, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.
  • Grow existing customer business through sales and retention programs.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer needs.
  • Maximize route revenue through improved time management and upgraded product mix.
  • Identify changes in programs that require updated paperwork and maximize contract terms.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a route sales role.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours daily.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and Excellent Driving Record.
  • Sense of direction/knowledge of area.
