  • Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues or shortages
  • Handle guest complaints and requests in a professional manner and inform others when necessary
  • Check and maintain stocking levels of all consumables
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Perform various cleaning duties as assigned, including making beds, changing sheets, and doing laundry
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel's standards before guests arrive
  • Manage the cleanliness of common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby
  • Respond to general questions from guests during their stay
  • Document rooms cleaned and report lost and found items, damage, or repairs needed
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a relevant field
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Excellent customer service skills and a helpful attitude
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Professionalism, speed, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Experience with various cleaning products and techniques
  • Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper is highly desired
  • Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
