Responsibilities:
  • Design and Estimate Projects: Create customized and functional designs for kitchens and baths, utilizing precise measurement skills to ensure a proper fit.
  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture enduring relationships with homeowner and builder clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Achieve Sales and Margin Goals: Strive to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay Informed: Participate in training sessions and events to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and industry changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in a sales role involving face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cabinetry construction and design planning.
  • Proficiency in a design software such as 20/20 or AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of trends and materials, color, and finishes.
  • Clear, professional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems from design to installation.
  • Ability to foster a team environment, motivate, and teach.
  • Aptitude for calculations (measurements, gross profit).
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Calendar, Word, Excel, and working within a shared folder setup.
Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years in relationship-based sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design.
  • Track record of meeting sales goals and contributing to team success.
  • Knowledge of interior design and building materials is beneficial.
