Job Title: Clinical Informatics Specialist

MaxHealth is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team. As a key contributor to our clinical success, you will provide data analytics, support, and insights to our clinical operators, quality, and MRA teams, as well as medical directors and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain clinical analytical reports to inform decision-making for medical directors, clinic operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Support medical directors, clinic operators, and key stakeholders with ad-hoc analyses to aid in medical expense and membership analyses.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, clinic operators, and key stakeholders to highlight medical expenses and other key performance indicators.
  • Perform decision support and quality assurance analyses to ensure accuracy of key data sources.
  • Conduct analyses and submissions to third-party health plans, reinsurers, or other key partners related to accurate claims payment, member assignment, and expense allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience in Business, Finance, MIS, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with Data Analytics and Reporting Tools (SQL, SSRS, Domo, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, modeling).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex subjects and work independently to devise creative solutions.
