Position Summary:

The Information Security Analyst will work alongside System Engineering experts to guarantee that cybersecurity requirements are seamlessly integrated into the design and implementation of IT systems, whether they are networked or standalone.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive reports to facilitate RMF Assessment & Authorization processes
  • Assess and document the security status of IT systems
  • Formulate mitigation strategies and execute system updates
  • Deploy tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborate closely with reviewers to resolve inquiries and fulfill requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology-related discipline
  • Preferred certifications include Security+, Network+, MCSE, Linux+
  • Previous experience with Navy ISSE and EMASS is desirable
  • Familiarity with XACTA and Linux/Windows operating systems is beneficial
  • Knowledge of NIWC's NQV list is a plus
