Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare in Asheville, NC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive needs of clients and their families, and develop treatment plans in accordance with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines.
  • Facilitate individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR, in accordance with program policy.
  • Participate in utilization review and contribute to program-specific curriculum development, literature review, and training.
  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Master's level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling.
  • Preferred experience in mental health/trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains.
