About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist to join our Intensive In-Home Team Lead team at RHA Health Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary contact and coordinator of services supporting individuals with Mental Health or Substance Abuse Issues in residential, school, workplace, and community settings.
  • Coordinates and monitors the array of services and supports identified in each person's Person Centered Plan.
  • Provides strength-based interventions focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community.
  • Supervises and directs the work of others to provide quality services.
Requirements
  • Must be an Associate Licensed Professional as defined by state agencies and service definitions.
  • Certain services require additional training, experience, education, and/or licensure.
