We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller for a key role within CiresiMorek. This position requires strong leadership to collaborate with management across various facilities to enhance profitability and support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate precise monthly forecasts and deliver essential financial insights.
- Coordinate and oversee plant audit activities, including those conducted by internal teams, government entities, and external parties.
- Establish and enforce accounting control measures at the plant level, ensuring data integrity and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles and corporate policies.
- Maintain and optimize information systems and processes to support operational and financial data needs.
- Provide expert guidance on accounts payable and receivable, customer billing, and office procurement.
- Manage and execute physical inventory assessments of assets and materials within the plant.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, accompanied by relevant financial analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements, establishing and maintaining robust internal controls.
- Oversee capital project accounting, including preparation, execution, and post-project evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively guiding others towards achieving objectives.
