Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Position at International Window

Job Overview: The Maintenance Position is tasked with a variety of upkeep responsibilities at our facility within the Maintenance Department. This role focuses on identifying and rectifying maintenance challenges associated with Press Operations, machinery repairs, and electrical wiring tasks. Furthermore, this position will oversee the inventory of spare parts and work in conjunction with Contractors on diverse projects, ensuring optimal functionality of Company machinery.

Primary Duties:

  • Identify and fix issues related to press operations, ranging from basic hydraulic systems to intricate automated production lines.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts effectively.
  • Connect electrical components to machinery.
  • Apply knowledge of CNC machinery.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical diagrams, control circuits, and carry out preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Coordinate supply procurement with the purchasing department.
  • Safely and efficiently monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and grounds.
  • Execute additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong grasp of PLC programming.
  • Experience in programming PLC and Robotic systems or equivalent training.
  • Training or apprenticeship in electrical work.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Availability for emergency situations.
  • Positive, collaborative, and open-minded demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and supervisors.
  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
