Forklift and Inventory Specialist

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in warehouse operations? Allegiance Staffing is seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk / Forklift Operator to join our team. In this dynamic position, you will combine clerical duties with hands-on material handling, utilizing your strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
Job RequirementsWe are looking for an individual who can accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain up-to-date inventory records, and operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely. As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for generating and verifying shipping labels, invoices, and other required paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and conduct cycle counts as needed.
- Generate and verify shipping labels, invoices, and other required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas while maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Clerk or Forklift Operator.
- Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for inventory and shipping software.
- Flexibility to work the specified schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
Estimated Salary: $20.00/hour
