At DPDHL, we are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles and be proficient in operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS). With a minimum of 6 months' experience in inventory control, you will be responsible for verifying all inbound and outbound orders, ensuring accurate inventory entries and adjustments in the WMS, and coordinating physical inventory procedures as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily inventory management duties.
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust the WMS as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate inventory entries and adjustments in the WMS.
  • Perform routine clerical assignments, including filing invoices and maintaining records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in inventory control
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
