Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Tanner Health System. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical office setting, working closely with our clinic staff, hospital departments, and community agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state licensure laws and under the supervision of the medical director.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices in women's health.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Georgia Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License.
  • Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification.
  • ACLS certification recommended.
  • Additional certification may be required for certain specialties.
  • Graduate of a recognized program for Nurse Practitioner training (MSN).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar specialty.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
