  • Resource Management: Manage labor and consumable usage, protecting assets and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills, with basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and restoration, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: WRT IICRC certification required, ASD a plus.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and work in tight spaces.
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate starting at $30.00, with opportunities for overtime pay and increases based on merit.
