Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals by promoting products, managing inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
